CUSB begins new academic session with orientation programme ‘Deeksharambh’ | Patna News – Times of India
Patna: The Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) on Monday started its new academic session (2024-25) with an orientation programme ‘Deeksharambh’ for the newly admitted students of all its 28 postgraduate courses. Students attended this programme in large numbers to get acquainted with the academic and infrastructural details of the university.
CUSB public relations officer Mohd Mudassir Alam said the programme was organised as per the guidelines of the UGC.All the students were blessed by CUSB’s vice-chancellor Kameshwar Nath Singh.
The orientation programme started with formally introducing students to their respective departments. Later, the faculties of different departments addressed the newcomers and apprised them of the various resources, including computers, libraries and laboratories, available on the campus. They also learnt about the various rules and regulations of the university and the amenities available for students.
