Kendrapada: Traditional craftspersons from Kendrapada and other parts of the state received great response from delegates at the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas in Bhubaneswar. Items made of golden grass, bottle gourd and dokra metal found eager buyers among delegates during the three-day convention. Coir craft from coastal districts also did good business. D P Dash, an Odisha-born US citizen, praised the artisans’ work and urged the govt to help market their products internationally.TNN
