CPET in first week of May
Bhubaneswar: State govt has decided to start the enrolment process for postgraduate courses for 2025-26 with the process of filling out the common application form (CAF) to begin on March 10 for applicants.
Students interested in enrolling in postgraduate courses must participate in the Common PG Entrance Test (CPET)-2025. Selection for PG courses will be based solely on the marks obtained in the exam, read the official statement.
CPET will be conducted in the first week of May. Since CPET marks are mandatory for enrolment in PG courses, the selection process will be entirely merit-based.
“To ensure the future and broader interests of students, the higher education department has decided to commence the enrolment process for postgraduate courses promptly,” said an official.
Additionally, it is targeted to start PG courses in universities and colleges by July 10. This will allow the courses to be completed on time, with exams conducted and results announced promptly, benefiting all students, read the official statement.
