Bhubaneswar: The skill development and technical education department will start counselling for engineering admission from June 13. Candidates will take part in the process after receiving rank cards of JEE (Main) and Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE).
OJEE was conducted from May 6 to 10 in three shifts through a computer-based test (CBT) at 57 centres in Odisha and three outside the state.“OJEE results may be published on May 31. The govt will announce the final schedule very soon,” said an official of the department.
“We have received the JEE (Main) data of rank holders and prepared the results of OJEE candidates. Around 12,000 candidates from Odisha had appeared for JEE (Main). The counselling process will start after the results of OJEE are published. ” said an official. Sources said OJEE will conduct counselling for students who get admitted to BTech through lateral entry.
