Chennai: Chief minister M K Stalin on Wednesday gave away welfare measures worth 40 lakh to 45 artists, on behalf of Eyal Isai Nadaga Mandram, at the state secretariat.
The benefeciaries include 10 Kalaimamani awardees, five authors who published books on rare arts, five drama artists and families of 20 deceased artistes. TNN
