CHSE revises question patternfor XII boards

Bhubaneswar: Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) on Tuesday revised the question pattern and division of marks for next year’s Class XII exam. The revision was carried out with an aim to ensure uniformity in exam pattern.
The new pattern of questions will be applicable to regular students who have registered in 2023 for humanities, science, commerce and vocational courses, the govt notification said.
Regular students with practical and project component with 70 marks theory and 30 marks practical or 80 marks theory and 20 marks for project, integrated vocational subjects (50 marks theory and 50 marks practical) and vocational trades (40 marks theory and 60 marks practical) will appear for the new question pattern in 2025.
