Bhubaneswar: Chief electoral officer of Odisha Nikunja Bihari Dhal on Tuesday reviewed election preparedness for Sundargarh parliamentary constituency in Rourkela. During the review, Dhal took detailed stock of the law and order situation, communication plan, election expenditure monitoring, SVEEP and other poll-related preparations for ensuring a free, fair, inclusive and inducement-free election.
He made an appeal to all political parties and candidates not to involve in any unethical practice during the ensuing election in form of collecting personal information, Aadhaar and other details of the voters in order to influence the poll process. tnn
