Patna: State BJP top brass and the party’s senior functionaries on Thursday left for Delhi to participate in their core committee meeting and the party’s national workshop to be held at its national headquarters on organisational matters on Friday.
“First the core committee meeting of the Bihar BJP would be held at 8am at the residence of Union minister Giriraj Singh. After that, they would participate in the national workshop on organisational matters at the national headquarters,” state BJP spokesman and former MLA Prem Ranjan Patel said.
The national BJP would have its organisational elections for the installation of the new party president to replace J P Nadda, which could be held only after the completion of the organisational elections of the state and UTs.
These and other Bihar-related political programmes would also be discussed at the state’s core committee meeting, Patel also said.
