BJD organisational election

Bhubaneswar: The BJD on Monday appointed MLA Pratap Keshari Deb as the state returning officer for the smooth conduct of the party’s organisational election. An official order was issued by BJD to this effect. The appointment has been made as per Article-XXIII (2) of the Constitution, the order stated. TNN
