Environment Minister Gopal Rai ordered the environment and forests departments principal secretary to submit IIT Bombay’s final report on the Connaught Place smog tower to the Supreme Court. The Delhi Pollution Control Committee installed the tower, costing Rs 20.4 crore, and its future operation is being evaluated, especially with the approaching winter season.
