Ayodhya: Majhi visits Ram Temple in Ayodhya, prays for ‘a developed Odisha’
Bhubaneswar: Chief minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Sunday evening visited the Ram Temple in Ayodhya and ‘sought the Lord’s blessings for a developed Odisha‘ .
In a post on ‘X,’ Majhi wrote, “It is a matter of immense honour and spiritual fulfilment to visit the sacred temple in Ayodhya and have the divine darshan of Ram Lalla. On behalf of the people of #Odisha, I extend my heartfelt prayers for the prosperity, harmony and well-being of all. May the blessings of Lord Ram Lalla-Ji guide us on the path of compassion, justice and service.”
He added, “As Odisha’s CM, I consider it my great fortune to finally get a glimpse of Ram Lalla-Ji. I offered my prayers for Odisha’s progress and prosperity. My sincere resolution is to transform Odisha into a new and prosperous state.”
He further said that getting a glimpse of the Lord at Ayodhya temple had been his long-cherished desire.
The CM arrived in Ayodhya after taking the holy dip at Sangam in Prayagraj during the ongoing Maha Kumbh on Sunday morning. He was accompanied by health and parliamentary affairs minister Mukesh Mahaling and Bhatli MLA Irasis Acharya to Ayodhya.
