Bhubaneswar: Odisha Human Rights Commission (OHRC) has directed police commissioner S Dev Datta Singh to investigate allegations of misconduct against DCP Jagmohan Meena towards a former woman home guard during a recent chief minister’s grievance session. The OHRC order stipulates that Singh must submit his investigation findings by Aug 19. Meena rubbished the allegations. tnn
