MUMBAI: Adani Electricity on Thursday announced that it is observing National Safety Week 2025 from March 4 to 10.
This marks the 54th National Safety Week, and this year’s theme is “Safety and Well-being Crucial for Viksit Bharat.”
The theme highlights the importance of maintaining high safety standards as India progresses towards development. The objective is to raise awareness and encourage the adoption of safety measures across its power distribution area and various work sites, an official said.
Adani Electricity employees participated in the Safety workshop organized by Safety team of Adani Electricity as part of the ongoing safety week.
During the week, Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd will organise various programs on Safety for its employees and engage with citizens across all age groups on pivotal electricity precautionary measures that play a crucial role in safeguarding their lives.
The main objective of National Safety Week is to create awareness about the various hazards and dangers present in the workplace and to educate employees on how to avoid them.
In addition to the seminars and workshops, various competitions and contests are also organized during National Safety Week, such as essay writing, slogan writing, and poster making, to encourage workers to participate and to spread the message of safety., an official added.
