Mumbai:Actor Dino Morea and his brother Santino were questioned for six hours on Wednesday by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) in connection with the investigation into the Mithi river desilting scam. They were questioned on Monday too. An EOW officer said the Moreas submitted their personal bank account records and those of UBO Ridez, an electric cart company where Santino is a director. A police source said some financial transactions were conducted between UBO Ridez and Vodar India LLP. One of the two arrested accused, Ketan Kadam, is associated with Vodar India. “We need to investigate the nexus between the two companies,” said the officer. UBO Ridez and Vodar India operate from the same address in Worli, and Kadam’s wife is also a director in UBO Ridez.
