Rourkela: Driver of an SUV was killed, and six others, including four passengers of the same vehicle, sustained critical injuries after a truck collided head-on with the vehicle and dashed two other trucks in Chunaghati in Bonai sub division of Sundargarh on Wednesday night. The deceased was identified as Trinath Mahanta (42), a resident of Keonjhar’s Champua.After the accident, Mahanta was critically injured, said police. He along with six other injured were taken to Lahunipada community health centre. On the way to the health centre, Mahanta died. The driver of the truck, which collided with the SUV, is reportedly in a critical state.
