Fishermen return to shore over rain threat

Kendrapada: A large number of marine fishermen of Kendrapada and Jagatsinghpur districts anchored their boats and trawlers in the fishing harbours and jetties on Sunday after the IMD warned of heavy rain and gusty winds for three days due to a depression over the Bay of Bengal.TNN

IMD predicts heavy rain, thundershowers; Yellow alert issued
The India Meteorological Department forecasts partly cloudy skies with intermittent rain or thundershowers in Gurgaon for the next six days, issuing a Yellow alert. Maximum temperatures will be between 34-35C, and minimum temperatures between 25-26C. The city’s air quality index remains satisfactory at 89, while authorities take measures to prevent waterlogging and traffic congestion.
