Bhubaneswar: Rahul Karna, an Indian Revenue Service officer of 1989 batch, has assumed the charge as the principal chief commissioner of income tax Odisha on Sunday. Before assuming charge in Odisha, he has discharged duties as the director general of income tax (investigation) in Bihar and Jharkhand. Previously he has also been on deputation with Bank of India at Mumbai.tnn
