Bhubaneswar: Chief minister Mohan Majhi on Thursday announced September 9 as a public holiday for Nuakhai. The agrarian festival falls on September 8, which is a Sunday and Majhi declared Monday, as public holiday. All govt offices, magisterial courts, schools and colleges across Odisha will remain closed on September 9. tnn
