Skulls, bones found in forest

Berhampur: Police on Sunday recovered a skull and pieces of bones from a forested area near Brundabanpur in Ganjam district. Police suspect the skull and bones might be of Anita Nayak (19), who has been missing since Aug 29 last year, after her family confirmed a bicycle found at the spot belonged to her. “We will send the remains to the forensic laboratory.After getting the report, we can confirm if the remains are of the missing woman,” said Ajaya Kumar Swain, IIC of Pattapur police station.TNN
