Manjhi seeks help to boost tourism in Gaya

Gaya: Union minister of micro, small and medium enterprises Jitan Ram Manjhi met his culture and tourism department counterpart Gajendra Singh Shekhawat in New Delhi on Wednesday and handed over a letter requesting to develop a tourist corridor connecting Gaya, Bodh Gaya Nalanda and Rajgir.
The letter stated that these places have historical and religious importance at both national and international levels.It is necessary to build a tourist corridor to facilitate the movement of tourists.
“The tourism minister has taken a positive note regarding the request. Efforts will be made to implement it soon,” Manjhi said adding that there is a constant flow of tourists throughout the year at these places.
