Mumbai: A 23-year-old motorcyclist lost his life in a hit-and-run at Borivli East recently. Akshat Singh Bisht worked as a manager at a tattoo parlour. He was riding home on the Western Express Highway when an unknown motorist rammed into his two-wheeler and fled without taking him to a hospital. Kasturba Marg Police have registered a case of negligence and rash driving and are looking for the motorist. tnn
