Mumbai: Govt and civic schools reopened for the academic year 2024-25 on Saturday. However, students will have to wait a bit longer for their new uniforms, that have been delayed due to the Lok Sabha elections, education officers said. This year the state introduced the ‘One State One Uniform’ policy. Education officials mentioned that the stitching of regular uniforms is ongoing and should be delivered to schools next month.tnn
