Bhubaneswar: Odisha State Council of CII appointed Sunil Gupta as its new chairman for 2025-26. Gupta, who serves as the chief operating officer of Vedanta Limited‘s aluminium business in Jharsuguda, will be joined by Suresha G, executive director of AM/NS India’s Odisha assets operation, as vice-chairman. The organisation plans to expand its presence in western Odisha while strengthening partnerships with various govt departments.TNN
