Mumbai: After the Samta Nagar police tracked down a suspect for harassing a Kandivli woman within 24 hours, the local residents’ group We All Connect took to social media to thank the police. On April 10, the complainant was returning home when an unknown man approached her and asked to shoot her photo. She refused but he continued to stalk her and asked for a selfie.
