Tragic Incident in Telangana: Mother Found Hospitalized, Three Children Dead | Hyderabad News

HYDERABAD: Three children were found dead under mysterious circumstances at their house in Ameerpur of Raghavendra Colony in Sangareddy district on Friday. Their mother, who allegedly consumed poison in a suicide attempt, was admitted to the hospital. It is suspected that the children were poisoned.
The three minor children had dinner with their parents, Chennaiah (40) and Rajitha (38), on Thursday night. While Chennaiah ate rice and dal, the children and Rajitha ate rice, dal, and curd. Chennaiah left for work after dinner and returned home around 11 pm.
His wife opened the door for him. Around 3 am, when Rajitha complained of stomach pain, he rushed her to the hospital. Upon returning home, he found all three children dead. The children were aged 12, 10, and eight. The 10-year-old was a girl.
Domestic issues are suspected to be the cause of the incident. The mother is believed to have poisoned the children before consuming it herself. The bodies of the children were sent to Gandhi Hospital for post-mortem. Ameenpur police are investigating the case.
