Step 3: Enter your Registration Number and Roll Number to log in.
Step 4: Submit the details, and your CA January 2025 results will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Download and print the result for future reference.

CA Foundation exam details & passing criteria

The CA Foundation exams were conducted on January 12, 16, 18, and 20, 2025. Paper I and Paper II were held from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, while Paper III and Paper IV were conducted from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on all exam days.
To qualify for the CA Foundation exam, candidates are required to secure at least 40 marks in each subject and achieve a minimum overall aggregate of 50%. Additionally, those who score 70% or above in the overall aggregate will be awarded a “Pass with Distinction” status.
In the previous cycle, the ICAI CA Foundation exam results were announced on February 7, 2024, for the December 2023/January 2024 exams. Candidates are advised to check the official ICAI website regularly for updates regarding result announcements and further instructions.
