Vasai: A 56-year-old has been booked for rape under Pocso Act for sexual assault on his four daughters. The man is absconding, said senior inspector Vishal Valvi.
The alleged crime took place in Palghar district and at their village where they used to stay. “Fed up of the repeated sexual assaults”, their mother lodged a police complaint against her husband on Wednesday. Police sources claimed that one of the girls had possibly been forced to get an abortion done. —Vishal Rajemahadik
