TANCET 2025 and CEETA-PG registration deadline extended to February 26

TANCET 2025: Anna University, Chennai, has announced an extension for the registration deadline for TANCET 2025 and CEETA-PG 2025 to February 26, 2025. The Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is held for admissions into MBA and MCA courses, while the Common Engineering Entrance Test & Admissions (CEETA-PG) is conducted for ME, MTech, MArch, and MPlanning admissions. This extension offers prospective candidates more time to apply for these sought-after courses.
Exam schedule and registration details
The TANCET 2025 exam is scheduled for March 22, 2025. The MCA exam will be held in the morning session, followed by the MBA exam in the afternoon. The CEETA-PG exam is set for March 23, 2025. Candidates who are in their final year or semester of their qualifying degree course in the academic year 2024-25 are eligible to apply for both exams. Candidates who have qualified the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and wish to pursue MTech courses must appear for CEETA-PG 2025.
The application fee for TANCET 2025 is Rs 1,000 for general candidates, and Rs 500 for SC/ST candidates from Tamil Nadu. For CEETA-PG 2025, the registration fee is Rs 1,800, while reserved category candidates need to pay Rs 900.

To apply, candidates must visit the official TANCET and CEETA-PG registration portal. After filling out the necessary details, applicants should upload the required documents and complete the payment process. The admit card for TANCET 2025 will be issued on March 8, 2025, through the candidate’s login.
