IAF to release AFCAT 2025 admit cards on February 7 at 5 PM

AFCAT 2025 admit card: The Indian Air Force (IAF) is set to release the admit cards for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2025 on Thursday, February 7, 2025, at 5 PM. Candidates who have successfully registered for the AFCAT 1 2025 examination can download their hall tickets from the official AFCAT website at afcat.cdac.in. The admit card is a crucial document, required to appear for the examination, and candidates are advised to keep it safe.
The AFCAT 2025 will be conducted for various branches of the Indian Air Force, including Flying, Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical), and special entries such as the NCC Special Entry and Meteorology Entry programs. The exam is scheduled to take place on February 22–23, 2025, and applicants must download their admit cards well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.
How to download the AFCAT 2025 admit card
To download the AFCAT 2025 admit card, candidates can follow a simple process:
1. Visit the official website: afcat.cdac.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the “Download Admit Card” link, which will be active from 5 PM on February 7, 2025.
3. Enter the required details, including your registered email ID and password.
4. Submit the details to view your admit card.
5. Download and take a printout of the admit card for examination day.
The admit card will also be sent to the candidate’s registered email address. If any applicant fails to receive their admit card or faces difficulties in downloading it, they are advised to contact the AFCAT Query Cell at C-DAC, Pune. Vacancy details and exam pattern
A total of 336 positions are available under the AFCAT 1 2025 recruitment drive. These include vacancies for the Flying Branch (30 positions), Ground Duty (Technical) Branch (189 positions), Ground Duty (Non-Technical) Branch (117 positions), as well as special entries like NCC Special Entry and Meteorology Entry programs.
The AFCAT 2025 will be conducted in two phases: an online exam and a subsequent SSB interview. Candidates applying for Ground Duty (Technical) Branch may also have to take the Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT). The exam will cover subjects like General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, and Military Aptitude.
