Bhubaneswar: A three-day state-level tablighi ijtema, a religious conference of Muslims, will be held at Chaudakulat in Kendrapada district from Feb 7 to 9. Several Islamic scholars and clerics from Delhi and other places are expected to speak at the conference.TNN
