Bengaluru: Brace yourself for an exciting weekend, as Happy Streets, a Times of India initiative, is back this Sunday at Ramamurthy Nagar. The event, from 7.30am to 10.30am, promises a lively mix of fitness and fun.
You can start your day feeling pumped up with energy with Zumba sessions by Swingers Dance Inc, or with a variety of sports and games by Decathlon. A special self-defence session by KenBuKai ShitoRyu Karate School of India awaits attendees. Sensei Chethan from the karate school says, “Our team will deliver a few basic necessary self-defence techniques and demonstrations, which will make people feel more confident while walking alone.”
To equip one with life-saving skills, volunteers of Alert NGO will be there to teach basic CPR for emergencies. Magician Pradeep Tyson will make your jaws drop by showcasing his tricks. Tyson says, “My performance will be a blend of illusion, mind-reading and interactive magic, creating moments of wonder for people of all ages. Attendees can expect an experience where the impossible becomes possible, leaving them amazed and inspired.”
Regarding the musical performance by Navaraga, band member Sushant Sarkar says, “At the event, you can expect a fantastic mix of tunes that will get you moving and feeling good.”
