His son Dinesh Sahni died on Saturday, during the fight with his neighbour Subodh Singh (48) over throwing of a corn cob. Nine people, who were injured in the fight from both sides, are undergoing treatment at GMCH-Purnia.
“Seven people have been arrested in this case, including main accused Singh. Police are conducting raids to nab the others involved in the dispute,” he said, adding the nine injured included five from the family of the deceased persons. “All of them are out of danger.”
Upon receiving the news of Fulchand’s death, the police reached the victim’s house with a force, after which they took the body into their custody and sent it for postmortem.
