Most of us (unconsciously) take our phones to the loo – thinking that while we freshen up, we will catch up on the news, reply to messages, check emails, or even play a game or two. A lot of us also term loo time as ‘me-time’, away from distractions like kids, spouses, chores etc. However, taking your phone to the loo, as convenient as that might sound, is doing more harm than good.
