Rourkela: Five men were arrested by Sector-7 police here on Tuesday night as they were preparing to commit dacoity. On Monday, Sector-7 police received information regarding the gathering of a group of armed dacoits at an isolated place in a jungle located at the back of Chhend petrol pump. Police conducted a raid and apprehended the five who were preparing to commit dacoity. Police found two swords, one baseball stick, one knife, one iron rod, a bike and some mobile phones from their possession.
