Sambalpur: Four men, all natives of Uttar Pradesh, were arrested by the excise department officials after they were found carrying 105 kg of ganja worth more than Rs 10 lakh in an SUV at the toll plaza under Sasan police station limits on Wednesday. Sasan police, after being contacted by excise sleuths, seized a revolver with three ammunitions from them.
