4 held for looting, burning ATM

Sambalpur: Four persons involved in looting and burning an ATM of a nationalised bank on Thursday near Panchubati in Dhenkanal district were arrested on Friday. The accused were identified as Rafiq Khan (35), Aslam MD (35), Saddam Majid (32) and MD Nasir (45).
