MUMBAI: As many as 319 passenger complaints were resolved during “Passenger as King” day observed at various depots during the past fortnight.
Since July 15, the day has been observed every Monday and Friday across depots in rotation.
A total 706 passenger complaints were received of which 319 were resolved and the remaining 387 complaints are still being looked into, an official said on Friday.
