3 arrested for murder on moving train | – Times of India
Patna: Six days after a property dealer was shot dead on a moving train at Nima Halt on Patna-Gaya railway line, his daughter-in-law was arrested, along with her two nephews, on Monday.
Jaiprakash Singh, alias Bhola Singh (55), was shot dead on June 25 while he was returning to his village in Masaurhi sub-division of Patna after being discharged from Patna Medical College Hospital.
An FIR was registered in the matter by Taregna GRP.
Police said Singh’s daughter-in-law Rambha Kumari conspired the killing with the help of her sister’s son Shyam Kishore Sharma and brother’s son Prince Kumar who have been arrested as well.
“Rambha has confessed to her crime, saying that she killed him as he had been selling off his landed properties,” said station house officer of Taregana GRP station.
