16 CUSB pupils qualify judicial services exam

Gaya: Altogether, 16 students from the school of law and governance (SLG) at Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) have passed the 32nd Bihar Judicial Services Examination 2023.
The university has launched a five-year BBA-LLB (bachelor in business administration-bachelor of laws) programme in the academic year 2024 after the rise in demand for the law programme in the global competitive market. Vice-chancellor prof Kameshwar Nath Singh congratulated the students on their remarkable achievements. The successful students include Sankalp Raj, Sandhya Rani, Jayshree Choudhary, Kumari Monika, Saurabh Priyadarshi, Ankit Kumar, Mohd Shams Raza, Kumari Manibha, Vishnu Manjari, Rahul, Abhishek, Manish Kumar, Sumedha Chaturvedi, Anshu Rani, Akansha Kumari and Prashant Kumar.
Public relations officer Mohd Mudassir Alam said the law department is one of the best-performing departments of the university. “Besides the judicial service exam, the students succeeded in getting jobs in reputed law firms and also received foreign-funded fellowships for pursuing higher studies abroad,” he said.

Faizan Mustafa, the vice-chancellor, attributes this success to the dedicated efforts of the university’s faculty. Fifteen students from Central University of South Bihar’s School of Law also passed the state exam.
