11 IAS Officers Transferred in State Including Pathak | Patna News – Times of India
PATNA: The state govt on Thursday transferred 11 IAS officers, including senior bureaucrat K K Pathak, who had initiated extensive reforms in the education department. According to the notification released by the general administration department, Pathak, a 1990-batch IAS officer currently on leave, has been moved to the revenue and land reforms department as additional chief secretary (ACS).He will, however, retain the additional charge of director general, Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development.
S Siddharth, a 1991-batch IAS officer and principal secretary to the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, has been assigned the additional charge of ACS, education department, until further notice, replacing Pathak. Deepak Kumar Singh, a 1992-batch IAS officer previously serving as ACS, revenue and land reforms department, has been transferred to the rural works department in the same capacity.
Arvind Kumar Chaudhary, a 1995-batch IAS officer, has been moved from the finance department to the home department as principal secretary, while Lokesh Kumar Singh, a 2003-batch IAS officer, has been shifted from the science, technology, and technical education department to the finance department as secretary. Pankaj Kumar Pal, a 2002-batch IAS officer, has been transferred from the rural works department to the rural development department as secretary.
