Mira Road: The Kashigaon police have arrested one of the trio who had allegedly rammed their SUV into security guards on Tuesday morning, as they had enquired about their entry to the society compound.
The driver of the SUV had reversed and then rammed the vehicle a couple of times, injuring three security guards, police said. The trio was also heard hurling abuses at them. The cops had dispatched several teams to nab the trio who had fled the spot with the car used in the crime. On Wednesday, on the basis of technical assistance, the cops arrested one accused Kaustubh Bhoigade(28), from Dahisar, according to police. Kaustubh does odd jobs for a living, said a police source. All the three have been booked under charges of attempt to murder and Arms Act. The other two accused are Kashish Gupta and Akshit Gupta. — Vishal Rajemahadik
